2.6m Horizontal Ladder

Two end supports provide access to an overhead ladder with stainless steel hand rungs.

We now offer a second exercise to increase the level of difficulty when traversing the Horizontal Ladder Unit, and this is available through use of our Illustrated Instructional Exercise Boards.

In addition to the standard instruction to traverse the Ladder from end to end you can now either stop half way and do some Overhead Pull Ups on the ladder rungs or when starting or finishing the traverse you can do some additional simple incline or decline press ups using the low cross beams used to mount and dismount the unit. The Illustrated Exercise Illustration numbers for these are FT424 Overhead Pull Ups, FT426 Incline Press Ups and FT430 Decline Press Ups. The standard Horizontal Ladder illustration reference is FT422.

Each of these additional exercises are available through the use of our new range of unique and contemporary Illustrated Instructional Exercise Boards.

The free height of fall for this item as defined under BSEN16630 is 1.55m.

We recommend the use of 2no. Compliant Grow Through Grass Tiles to create 'wear pads' for this item. To be fully compliant with BSEN16630 it would need a total of 21no. tiles.
