Pair of 76mm Square Steel Tennis Posts - No Sockets

Pair of 76mm square green powder coated steel posts with net retaining rods and brass winder.

Set comprises 1 anchor post, 1 winder post with brass winder mechanism and a pair of stainless steel net retaining rods.

Suitable for use with TE100 or TE121 post sockets.

These posts have a small metal bar approximately 50mm long welded horizontally at ground level to the inside edge of the posts. This straddles any notch in the existing socket and takes the full weight of the posts.

The posts then extend 205mm beneath the horizontal support bar into the socket. The post does not rest on the bottom of the socket.

To maintain the winder mechanism we suggest the use of a light spray grease, such as WD-40 Grease (rather than the more common WD-40 lubricant). With the tube nozzle and careful application you can target it directly onto the spindle and gears without it getting on to the cogs, the headline wire or the net itself.
