There are two Illustrated Instructional Exercises to use together on a single Illustrated Exercise plate for this specialist Bench. They are the FT355 Crunches and the FT356 Leg Lift.

The free height of fall for this item as defined under BSEN16630 is 0.35m.

We recommend the use of 2no. Compliant Grow Through Grass Tiles to create 'wear pads' for this item.

DELIVERY & INSTALLATION

If ordering on a supply only basis, standard delivery is free for an order of a minimum of 6 Gym Trail, Fitness Trail or PT Trail stations within a 125 mile radius of Tur Langton, Leicestershire.
