Tip! Post height should grow with the player. Younger children benefit from a lower ring height so that shooting feels achievable and they can develop good technique rather than just heaving the ball upward.
An adjustable post that covers the junior heights (2.44m and 2.74m) gives the most flexibility as your child grows, while older children and adults will want the option of reaching the full regulation height of 3.05m.
