Aluminium Competition Handball Goals

Regulation aluminium handball goals with angled side frames and free-hanging nets, manufactured to BS EN 749, designed for top level competition.

Manufactured from 80mm square section aluminium with 2.5mm wall thickness.

Finished in red polyester powder coat with white vinyl markings.

Corner joints are fully welded for superior strength and structural integrity.

Overall goal size is 3520mm wide x 2080mm high x 1352mm deep.

Net supports fold using a plunger mechanism and the back bar detaches, both aiding storage.

Folding net supports are manufactured from 31.8mm diameter steel, with a 1.1m top runback and 1.3m bottom runback, angled to allow the net to hang freely.

Supplied with 100 lock-on synthetic net hooks.

Metric M12 floor fixings are included for use with optional floor sockets, which is the recommended anchoring method.

If counterbalance weights are used instead, 10 x ANC-005 are required per goal.

Conforms to BS EN 749.

Nets are not included. Recommended net (see product ref: HAN-005) should be ordered separately.

Do these goals meet competition requirements?

These handball goals conform to BS EN 749 and are manufactured to regulation dimensions, making them suited to top level and competitive club handball.

What is the difference between these and the steel folding goals?

The main frame with these goals is aluminium rather than steel, which reduces the overall weight of each goal. The angled net supports and freehanging net design also helps to reduce rebounds.

How do the net supports fold?

A plunger mechanism releases each support, which folds down without tools. The back bar detaches separately.

What anchoring is required?

Floor fixings are the recommended method. M12 metric fixings are included. Floor sockets should be ordered separately if required. If floor fixing is not possible, counterbalance weights (see product ref: ANC-005) can be used instead, with 10 required per goal.

Are nets and hooks included?

100 lock-on synthetic net hooks are supplied with this set of goals. Nets are not included. The recommended net is HAN-005 and should be ordered separately.
