Whilst the "Sthenos" has the smallest footprint of Sunshine Gym's Fitness Rig range, it still manages to offer a great range of exercises. With 10 individual components, the Sthenos Fitness Rig can cater for up to 14 simultaneous users.

Ideally suited to smaller groups of individuals, in schools/colleges or public spaces, the size of the Sthenos offers a flexible outdoor fitness solution, balancing more traditional outdoor gym workouts with calisthenics and bodyweight resistance exercises.
