Weighted Bottom Banding for Cricket Netting

Priced per linear metre.

Black uPVC banding containing weighted lead line and a 6mm black polypropylene rope.

The lead line adds weight to the bottom of the net, while the rope can be tied to a fixed point at each end to anchor the netting securely at the base.

This helps to keep the bottom of the netting in contact with the ground, preventing billowing and stopping balls from escaping under the net.

Especially recommended for use in windy or exposed locations.

Must be ordered with cricket netting codes CR284, CR286, CR287 or CR296. The banding will be sewn to the bottom of the netting at the time of manufacture.

What are the benefits of this weighted banding?

Weighted banding helps minimise billowing - ideal when the net is used in windy or exposed locations.

It also helps keep the base of the net in contact with the ground - stopping balls from slipping underneath the netting.

The band is made from black uPVC and contains a lead line to add weight, and a 6mm rope to allow secure fixing.

How do I order?

This weighted banding is priced per linear metre. You should order the same length as the netting it's going to be sewn onto. This product must be ordered at the same time as our cricket netting (see product codes: CR284, CR286, CR287, or CR296).
